Two Year Old Nursery

Welcome to The Two Year Old Nursery

Mrs Jardine- Lead Practitioner

In 2015 we welcomed two year olds to our nursery provision, which runs school term time only.

Your child may be eligible for a funded place. Please see the application form in the link below which details the eligibility criteria for funded places. If you think you are entitled, please complete the form and return it to school or to Durham County Council at the address shown on the form.

We also offered paid sessions. If you are interested in enrolling your child for paid sessions please contact the school. A session is classed as half a day. Parents would need to book a minimum of 4 sessions at the nursery. The prices are displayed below.

Information for parents

Reading    We encourage our family’s to read to their children daily. Children are able to take home a library book each week that they can share with their parents and siblings.

Fruit     As we are a healthy school children are encouraged to eat at least 5 fruit or vegetables a day. We have a fruit on offer throughout the morning as part of our daily snack.

Clothing  We ask that parents also send in a change of clothes and a pair of wellies that can be left at school. Parents are also asked to send their child into school in appropriate clothing as we will be accessing the outdoor area no matter the weather.
